Booking, Cancellation & Invoicing

The pricing of services at The Heriot Clinic is clearly listed on our website and booking system.

 

Please familiarise yourself with these before booking any appointment or service.

Where appointments are booked online via our website, the payment for that appointment is taken at booking. This covers the cost of that fixed duration appointment only.

 

Additional services such as additional consultation time, referrals or blood tests will be invoiced by email after the consultation.

​

Where appointments, home visits, casework, prescriptions or investigations are commissioned by you outside of our appointment system. These will be invoiced to you by email.

 

We would kindly ask that any cancelation of appointments or services is done with a minimum of 24 hours notice. In that instance no charge will be accrued and any payment already made will be refunded.

​

Please be advised that any failure to attend a booked appointment,  or cancelation with less that 24 hour notice, will attract the full cost of that appointment. If this has already been paid via our booking system, it will not be refunded. If the booking was made without payment, and invoice will be raised for the full sum.
